The Role
We are looking for a Solution Specialist to join our growing Digital Workplace team. You will play a hands-on role in discovery, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft 365–based solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with clients, product managers, UX designers, and delivery teams to deliver projects that make a measurable difference.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Develop Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Copilot agents to automate and streamline processes.
- Create information architectures and ensure great user experience in all solutions.
- Deliver end-user and site owner training as part of engagements.
- Lead and participate in discovery interviews and workshops with clients.
- Provide ad hoc Microsoft 365 support and help maintain our ticketing system.
- Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and RFP/RFQ responses
- Support and maintain internal automation systems and processes at Punchcard.
- Stay current through Microsoft certifications and personal development.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, including solution design, configuration, and administration.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Experience with Power Automate and integrating workflows into business processes.
- Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong knowledge of information architecture and process mapping.
- Experience designing and implementing content migrations (e.g., ShareGate).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and agent development.
- Excellent facilitation, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
- Understanding of change management and how to support adoption.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Education & Certifications (preferred):
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Microsoft Teams Administrator (MS-700)
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Applied Skills in Copilot and Agent development (e.g., Copilot Studio, Purview governance)
