The path in which we move as a team from concept to completion is an ever-evolving and constantly improving process that requires a deft hand to plan, delegate, track, review, and measure results to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will bring order and process to the creative chaos that drives our business.
The Digital Project Coordinator will enable cross-team alignment and empower teams to deliver quality projects efficiently. They will help meet Punchcard goals by resourcing and scheduling projects, tracking project and team performance, and grow into facilitating process change management, and acting as an escalation for team blockers.

What we need you to do:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining oversight on all Punchcard’s projects, managing timelines, and tracking milestones.
- Collaborating with delivery management and project team to communicate a project plan, schedule, and budget.
- Supporting business development in proposal and documentation development.
- Facilitating knowledge and information transfer between teams and departments.
- Scheduling sales and project meetings.
- Coordinating and facilitating project kick-off and handover meetings.
- Executing the project initiation workflow.
- Escalating project challenges when necessary.
- Assessing and evaluating project success and recommending process improvements.
- Working with the operational team to implement process changes.
- Keeping project tracking software and reports up to date.
- Soliciting and reporting on client feedback.
- Onboarding new clients to the Punchcard process.
You will grow into:
- Supporting the Project Resourcing process ensuring all projects are properly staffed and people are engaged with their work.
- Facilitate retrospectives.

Requirements:
- Experience effectively coordinating or managing multiple projects. Experience in digital projects is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An excellent ability to communicate and adapt your communication styles across the organization.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and collaborative teams.
- Experience with Agile project management methodology is an asset.
- Experience with project tracking and reporting tools.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of multiple milestones.
- A flexible mindset and strong problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in planning and leading meetings.
- Experience in designing and implementing organizational process.
